We try to keep our product sizing as straightforward as possible. Simply measure the specified sizes on your own body, and compare them to the relevant size chart below. If your measurements fit the chart exactly, (ie. 42" chest for a size L) then that item will be a snug fit on you.  However, some customers may choose a size up, purely for comfort reasons.  It is down to your personal preference.

If you cannot find a size that fits you, we can arrange to create a customised item that is tailored to your measurements.
